Congratulation to the Cumberland County Progressives, and to the San Isidro Bajo Primary School PTA, we completed another project in the Philippines Cutting of Mahogany Trees for Lumber Project. The lumber was needed to build a frame to hang the plywood to repair the ceiling on the front porch of San Isidro Bajo Primary School.

Fundraising Campaign Philippine School Supply Drive
Dear Friends,
As many of you know, we have partnered with San Isidro Bajo Primary School in the Philippines, and from time to time, they ask us for financial help. This year, Covid-19 has placed a strain on the school's limited budget. To reduce the risk of spreading Covid-19 the school will reduce in-person teaching to a minimum. Therefore, students will need to work from home using hard copies of schoolwork; because, their students do not have access to computers or internet services. This year the school needs a new printer, ink, and copier
paper.
Our goal is to raise $225.00 to pay for the printer, ink, and paper, plus the transportation cost of the supplies. Two people will have to travel two-hours round trip to purchase the supplies, and then the supplies will have to be transported to the school.
This fundraiser will run until August 13.

In the Philippines, plastic tables and plastic chairs are expensive.
